Ordering Equipment for a School or Theatre
Buying for a school, district, college or theatre company? Here is the usual path from "we need mics" to gear on your stage.
- Describe your production. Use our quote form or call 718-874-2642. Tell us your cast size, venue, dates and what you already own.
- Get a formal quote for your business office.
- Choose how to pay: purchase order (U.S. public schools), net terms (approved accounts), or card.
- Send your tax-exempt certificate if it applies.
- We confirm and ship, or schedule freight for large items.
Timing
School approvals take time. Request your quote early and work backward from tech week. Show-Ready wireless systems take 2–4 weeks to build after your order is confirmed.
