Tax-Exempt Purchasing
If your school or organization is exempt from sales tax, send us your tax-exempt certificate once. When it's on file, tax won't be charged on your orders.
How to send your certificate
- Email a copy of your tax-exempt certificate to hello@shopstagegear.com, or use the Send your certificate option on our Schools & Purchasing page.
- Include your organization name and the email address you order with.
- Wait for our confirmation that the certificate is on file before placing your order online.
Already paid tax on an order?
Contact us with your order number and certificate. Our team will review it. The help center and AI assistant can't adjust charges.
Requesting a quote?
Select Yes - I'll send our certificate on the quote form so your quote is prepared without tax.
