How Stage Gear Rentals Work
Need wireless microphones or a stage projector for one production? You can rent Stage Gear equipment for your show. Rentals are booked through Broadway Media, Stage Gear's exclusive rental partner. Stage Gear is the theatre technology division of Broadway Media, and the rental fleet is prepared by the same people who build Stage Gear systems.
How it works
- Choose your gear. Compare wireless systems and projectors on our Rentals page.
- Reserve at Broadway Media. Pick your rental weeks, choose a protection plan and check out on broadwaymedia.com/stage-gear. Or request a rental quote.
- It arrives for tech week. Equipment is tested before it ships and packed in fitted cases with return labels inside.
- Send it back after closing: repack it and hand it to UPS on return day.
