Freight Shipping for Projectors and Large Systems
Heavy or oversized items ship by freight truck rather than parcel carrier. This includes projectors and projection systems, multi-rack wireless systems, large speakers and sound systems.
How freight works
- At checkout, these items show freight shipping as quoted and confirmed before shipping.
- We contact you with the freight cost and delivery details.
- Nothing ships until you confirm.
Freight items aren't included in free shipping on orders of $500 or more. On school purchase orders, freight is shown on your quote or invoice.
Tell us about your delivery site
- Is there a loading dock?
- Do you need a liftgate (no dock)?
- Do you need inside delivery?
- Who will receive it, and on which days and hours is the building open?
When the freight arrives
Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before you sign, then report it to us within 5 business days. See Damaged, missing or wrong items.
