Help us help you faster
Include whatever applies:
- Your order number (it starts with SG#) or quote number
- Your school or organization name
- The exact brand and model of the equipment, for example the model printed on your wireless transmitter (bodypack)
- What happened, what you have already tried, and photos of any damage, labels or connectors
- Your show or tech-week date if the issue is time-sensitive
