New Epson projectors

Epson projectors are covered by Epson's manufacturer warranty. For warranty service, contact Epson. Stage Gear doesn't administer manufacturer warranty claims, unless you have ShowCare for Projection (below). See Manufacturer warranties.

Extended Epson coverage

Epson offers extended service plans that can extend coverage on new Pro Series projectors up to 5 years. Plans are provided by Epson under Epson's terms. See Epson extended service plans or ask us when you request a quote.

ShowCare for Projection

A Stage Gear service plan for Epson Pro Series laser projectors with 5 years of Epson coverage. While your projector is in for a covered manufacturer repair, a replacement projector comes from our rental stock (1, 2 or 4 weeks per year at no cost, depending on the plan), and we manage the warranty claim. Lenses aren't covered. See ShowCare protection explained.

Before requesting service

Try No signal or no image and Equipment not powering on. Note the model, serial number and any warning-light pattern.
