Exchanges for the Wrong Item

Ordered the wrong item, such as a microphone wired for the wrong transmitter brand or the wrong boom length? You can exchange it within 30 days.

How exchanges work

• Return the item to us within 30 days. It should be new, unopened and unused.
• We exchange it for another item, if in stock and available.
• A 25% restocking fee applies, and your original payment is applied as credit toward the new order.
• No exchanges after 30 days.

How to start

Email hello@shopstagegear.com or call 718-874-2642 with your order number, the item you received, and the item you need. Contact us before sending anything.

Avoid the wrong mic next time

Bodymics are wired for one transmitter brand. Before ordering, check the model on your bodypack. See Choosing the right Bodymics connector for your transmitter, or send us your transmitter model and we'll confirm.
