How to Request a Return

1. Check eligibility. Items must be new, unopened and unused, and within 30 days of delivery. Final-sale items can't be returned. See Return policy at a glance.
2. Contact us first. Email hello@shopstagegear.com or call 718-874-2642 with your order number, the items and quantities you want to return, and the reason.
3. Wait for our reply. We confirm whether the return is accepted and give you return instructions.
4. Pack it carefully in the original, unopened packaging, and include your order number.
5. Ship it to Stage Gear LLC, 47 Main Street South, Woodbury, CT 06798. You pay return shipping and are responsible for the package until it reaches us, so use a trackable, insured service.
6. Refund. After we receive and inspect the return, an approved refund (less the 25% restocking fee) goes to your original payment method within 10 business days. See Refund processing.

Returning part of a Cast Pack order?

Free Cast Pack mics can't be refunded, and returning paid mics may mean the free mic must come back too. See Cast Pack.
