After the 1-year warranty ends, our Flat-Rate Service Program gives you a predictable price to keep Stage Gear, Bodymics and Creative Audio equipment working.

| 5 years | 80% of current list price |
For one fee, we inspect, repair or replace the unit as needed, and return shipping back to you is included.
Older than 5 years? Repair is no longer available, but you get a "Welcome Back" discount of 10% toward a new replacement, up to $100.
How to request service
- Complete the flat-rate service request form on our Returns, Warranty & Service page.
- Confirm replacement availability with us before sending, since service and replacement depend on product availability.
- Ship by UPS or USPS to Stage Gear LLC, 47 Main Street South, Woodbury, CT 06798. Include your name, phone, mailing address, a copy of your receipt (required, no exceptions), and a brief description of each item's problem.
Conditions
- Service is subject to inspection and approval. Repair and replacement timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
- Replacements may be new, refurbished or functionally equivalent.
- Exclusions are the same as the warranty: misuse, accidents, moisture, sweat, corrosion, improper storage or power, unauthorized repair, wear and tear, cosmetic damage.
- You are responsible for the package until it reaches us.
