Refund Processing

Here is what happens after you send back an approved return.

• We inspect the returned item after it arrives.
• Approved refunds go to your original form of payment within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
• A 25% restocking fee is deducted on returns.
• Original shipping charges aren't refunded.
• Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to show the credit.

Orders paid by purchase order or invoice

For orders paid by PO, check or net terms, our accounts team arranges the refund or credit with your organization.

Asking about a specific refund

Email hello@shopstagegear.com with your order number. Refund amounts, exceptions and disputes are handled by our team. The AI assistant can explain the policy but can't approve or promise a refund.
