What shipping costs
- Bodymics microphones ship free within the United States, on any order.
- Orders of $500 or more ship free by ground. Freight items are not included (see below).
- All other orders: shipping is calculated at checkout from live carrier rates (UPS Ground or faster) for your address.
- Free local pickup is available for in-stock items in Woodbury, CT. See Free local pickup.
Freight items
Projectors and projection systems, multi-rack wireless systems, large speakers and sound systems ship by freight. We contact you with the freight cost and delivery details, and nothing ships until you confirm. See Freight shipping.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States (the 50 states and Washington, D.C.). We don't currently ship internationally.
When it ships
In-stock items ship from our Woodbury, Connecticut warehouse within 5 business days. Show-Ready wireless systems are built to order (typically 2–4 weeks). Drop-ship items ship from the manufacturer or distribution partner. You will receive an email with tracking when your order ships.
