Final-Sale Items

These items are final sale and can't be returned:

• Clearance items
• Used, B-stock and ex-rental items
• Special-order items (these may be returned only with our written approval, and a 25% restocking fee applies)
• Free Bodymics from the Cast Pack offer can't be returned for a refund (see Cast Pack)

The product page tells you when an item is clearance, B-stock or ex-rental. If you aren't sure, ask us before ordering.

What if a final-sale item arrived damaged or doesn't work?

Contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos. See Damaged, missing or wrong items. We will review it with you.
